Welcome to Indian Beach Resort. Located on the North
Shore of beautiful Clearlake, on Hwy 20, just 3 miles north of
downtown ClearLake Oaks just at the end of town. We border with Glenhaven.
Indian Beach Resort is a year-round resort, family
owned and operated by cousins Ken Taddie, Tony and Isabelle
Benevento, who purchased the resort in November 2004.
Though under new management, Indian Beach Resort has
been operating for over 40 years and has been one of Clear Lake's
most popular resorts, throughout its history. We can easily
accommodate singles, families or large groups. School outings, family
reunions, church groups and sports teams are just some of our past
visitors. Pets are welcome.
Indian Beach Resort is known for its fantastic fishing
and water sports. Come, relax by the lake, visit with family and
friends or simply enjoy the beautiful views and cool mountain air.
For your water pleasure, our resort has 1 launch ramp,
12 boat slips and 3 docks. With a southern exposure, and elevation
between 10' to 20', above lake level, the prevailing breezes will
keep you comfortable on the warmest of days. Not to mention the
panoramic view and shelter, provided by the islands just out from our
docks. No wonder our guests like it here. Our friends tell us the
real reason for our success is our hospitality. We love what we do
and our greatest enjoyment comes from sharing our North Shore
paradise with you, our newest friends.
Just a bit of history. We researched the local
historical information to find out why this resort was named Indian
Beach and have found it was named because of the Native American
artifacts that were found on the property. |
